Reconstructing and understanding the 3D world

I'm an ELLIS PhD student, working with Prof. Hakan Bilen at the University of Edinburgh and Dr. Jan Eric Lenssen at the Max Planck Institute for Informatics.

Before the PhD, I was an MRes student at the University of Edinburgh and obtained my Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering at Beihang University. I had a wonderful time at BAAI, Huawei UKRD, King's College London and Beihang University as a research intern and research / teaching assistant.

My research broadly explores computer vision and 3D scene understanding, with interests in how visual systems can perceive, represent, and reason about the world over time. I am especially interested in problems involving long sequences, dynamic environments, and spatial understanding. I welcome opportunities for collaboration; feel free to reach out by email to discuss interesting ideas.
